A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book, paid by card at booking. It goes towards your service. The remaining balance is paid in cash — exact change please.
Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and your deposit carries over to the new appointment. Less than 24 hours notice = deposit lost. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or text 954-279-8573.
You must be in the chair at your appointment time. A $15 late fee applies if you arrive late.
Appointments booked for today or tomorrow include a $10 last-minute fee.
Sundays, Mondays, holidays, and appointments before 10am or ending after 6pm include a $50 V.I.P fee.
No call, no show = NO future appointments. Your number will be blocked from online booking.
Deposits are non-refundable on all cancellations. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Hair must be clean, washed, and blow dried. No oils or product in your hair, or service will be refused. The style booked cannot be changed on the day.
